Confidentiality and candidate ownership
We agree in writing how candidate introductions are recorded, who owns the relationship with each candidate and client, and how confidential information is handled. We process candidate data in line with Kenya’s Data Protection Act, and only share candidate details for agreed recruitment purposes.
